Masterclass Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration for a masterclass, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class date: Full refund or credit toward a future class
Cancellations made 3-7 days before the class date: 50% refund or full credit toward a future class
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the class date: Credit toward a future class only

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you paid by cash or check, please allow additional time for processing.

Class Cancellations by Us

In the event that we need to cancel a masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available class.

Materials and Supplies

All materials and supplies provided during masterclasses are included in the class fee. Participants take home all items created during the class. We do not offer returns or refunds on materials used during classes.
